PROSPECTS, STRATEGIES AND FUTURE PLANS
Increasing consumer affluence and sophistication
Singapore’s strong economic growth, burgeoning middle-class population and the impact of globlisation in Singapore and the region have led to consumers becoming increasingly affluent and sophisticated in their choice of lifestyle and leisure.
Growing community of local and expatriate PMEBs
As Singapore continues to establish itself as an international financial and business hub, the number of PMEBs has also grown correspondingly. Economic development and urbanization of other regional cities such as Mumbai, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur also fuel the growth of the community of PMEBs.
Increasing tourists & business travellers to Singapore
The Singapore Government’s initiatives to promote tourism, the development of integrated resorts and wealth management industry will lead to even more tourist and business travelers to Singapore.
Rising popularity of cosmopolitan pubs and clubs
Cosmopolitan pubs and clubs are increasingly sprouting up all over Singapore and regional cities, with many catering to the urban and nightspot-going trendy population. A popular choice for many to wind down after a hard day’s work or meet up with corporate clients.
Our business strategies and future plans include the following:
Further expansion in Singapore and overseas
Expand market presence to other regional cities.
Continued focus on marketing activities and enhance brand recognition and premium
Enhance bars and restaurants concepts
Expand through M&As, JVs or strategic alliances
