Terms & Conditions

• The 12 Days of Santa Says campaign runs from 12 – 24 December 2025 and is open to all Harry’s Rewards members.

• Members will receive one (1) daily voucher in the Harry’s Rewards app.

• Minimum spend, where applicable, will be stated on each voucher.

• Voucher is valid for one-time dine-in use only on the date indicated.

• Valid at all Harry’s outlets except Changi Airport outlets.

• Voucher must be presented before ordering or payment for verification.

• Any unutilised value is non-refundable.

• Vouchers cannot be stacked, transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions, discounts, in-app vouchers, or birthday vouchers.

• Completing the daily task earns one (1) raffle entry for that day’s prize.

• Members may win only one (1) daily prize throughout the campaign period.

• Winners will be notified via email between 12pm – 3pm on the following day.

• Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and winners are responsible for any additional costs not included in the prize.

• Each completed daily task earns a raffle ticket for the Grand Prize draw.

• All members with raffle tickets will be automatically entered.

• Grand Prize winners will be notified via email or phone. If uncontactable within 7 days, Harry’s reserves the right to select another winner.

• Harry’s Rewards membership must be scanned to redeem vouchers or offers.

• All prices are subject to prevailing service charge and GST.

• Harry’s reserves the right to verify member eligibility and reject voucher misuse.

• By participating, members consent to the use of their personal data for campaign administration in accordance with Singapore’s PDPA.

• Harry’s reserves the right to amend the campaign, prizes, or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

• Harry’s’ decision on all matters relating to the campaign is final and binding.

Voucher “with any mains purchased” Terms & Conditions:

• Voucher is valid for all Harry's outlets except Changi Airport outlets.

• Please present this voucher before ordering and payment for verification purposes.

• Voucher is valid for one-time use only. Any unutilised amount will not be refunded.

• Voucher is not exchangeable, refundable or transferable for cash or in kind.

• Multiple vouchers of the same type cannot be stacked in a single visit.

• Voucher cannot be combined with other Harry's Rewards in-app vouchers or 3rd party promotions.

• Voucher is only valid for DINE-IN service, invalid for takeaway orders.

• Voucher is valid with any mains purchased. Mains include all items in the following categories: Mains, Lunch Specials, Breakfast, Pizzas, Pastas, and Salads.

• Voucher can be used with Lunch Specials, and "Happier Hour" promotions.

• All prices are subject to any prevailing service charge and GST.

• Harry's reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
