Another crowd-pleasing local delight is the Roti John Sardine. This pan-fried delicacy features a flavourful sardine filling consisting of egg, red onions and chilis, amongst others. No celebration of Singaporean cuisine is complete without the iconic Chicken Satay. The platter includes six succulent pieces of Chicken Satay, served with spicy peanut sauce.
