What to Eat at Harry's If You've Never Been Before

Harry's menu brings together Western favourites and Asian-inspired flavours, from bar bites to hearty mains to an extensive drinks selection. First-timers can easily feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of choice, especially with a menu this wide. Here's a no-stress guide to what to order on your first visit, and what regulars always come back for.

Kick Things Off with the Bar Bites

The Harry's Signature Wings are a favourite for a reason. They're crispy, well-seasoned with our own Harry's spices blend, and made for sharing across the table before anyone's decided on mains.

Feeling adventurous? Try the Kurobuta Stuffed Pockets, featuring pork collar in lotus buns with Asian slaw and spicy mayonnaise. They're a smaller plate, but they punch well above their size, and they tend to disappear fast once they land on the table.

Bar bites are the easiest way to start a meal at Harry's without committing to one direction just yet. Order two or three across the table and let everyone pick at what they like.

Western Favourites with an Asian Twist

The Beer-Battered Fish & Chips uses barramundi, served with a tartare dip and mashed sugar snap peas. It's reliable choice with a crisp batter and generous portion that often earns a double-take when it hits the table - followed by a “wow” from first-time customers.

The Harry's Jazz Burger, a longtime crowd favourite, features a Wagyu beef patty with bacon, jalapeño cheese sauce, and mushrooms. The jalapeño cheese sauce gives it a gentle kick without tipping into properly spicy territory.

Going all out? The Herb-Marinated Tomapork, a sous vide tomahawk pork chop with apple chutney, is made for sharing, or for anyone who's arrived with a serious appetite and no plans to leave hungry.

These dishes sit at the heart of Harry's menu, and together they offer a good snapshot of Harry’s approach to Western favourites, with familiar classics given a little extra character.

What to Drink

The signature cocktails go beyond usual bar pours. The Laksa Gimlet uses a house-made chilli tincture and laksa leaves, while the Bloody Harry's swaps standard vodka for a mezcal-gochujang mix that leans smokier than the usual version.

Not drinking? The Swytchels by Jukes offer a thoughtful option on the non-alcoholic side of the menu. Made with real shrub crafted from apple cider vinegar, they bring a more complex, balanced flavour that feels every bit as considered as the cocktails.

Come Hungry, Wherever You're Nearest

Come Hungry, Wherever You're Nearest

First-timers are welcome at any of Harry's 16 outlets across Singapore, whether you're closer to our restaurant in HarbourFront or our restaurant in Esplanade. Every outlet runs the same generous, easy-going approach to food, even if the setting changes from one neighbourhood to the next.

With this much variety on the menu, you could visit Harry's restaurant a handful of times and still not run out of things to try. Bring a friend along and split a few plates, since sharing is really the best way to work through it.

Make a reservation and come hungry.
