NEW CULINARY ADVENTURE BY AWARD-WINNING HARRY’S STARTS AT QUAYSIDE.

Singapore, 23rd December 2021Despite the disruptions of this pandemic, Harry’s is going into the New Year with a bang by clinching the prestigious Best Western Restaurant (Chain Dining) at the RAS Epicurean Star Awards 2021, big celebration plans for their 30th anniversary and kick-starting the year with the opening of a new concept, The Satay Club by Harry’s at Quayside.


Harry’s serves quality beverages that are perfectly paired with a delectable range of menu offerings carefully executed with proprietary recipes to suit every taste. Satay, being one of the most popular items on the menu, was the natural choice when the team was planning for the new concept.


“2022 will be an exciting year for us and we are thrilled to start the new year with an award and the opening of The Satay Club by Harry’s,” said Mr. Nasen Xavier Thiagarajan, Chief Executive Officer of Harry’s International. “Our concept is really about pairing our satay with a refreshing lager to clean up the palate for your next bite.” Thiagarajan enthuses.


The culinary team turns up the heat with its local inspired menu focusing on lip-smacking skewers, classic nasi goreng combo and its signature satay served with signature peanut sauce and pineapple puree for the irresistible sweet-savoury combo.




MOUTH-WATERING SKEWERS OFFERINGS


Skewers


Satay being a firm favourite amongst Harry’s regulars, The Satay Club by Harry’s has launched many renditions of this beloved grilled skewer. On the menu are choices of Chicken, Pork, Beef and Mutton, served with chunky peanut sauce added with pineapple relish for a burst of sweet-zesty notes.







Perfect with your favourite pint, our Wagyu Beef Rib Fingers ($18) with Teriyaki Glaze provides a balance between sweetness and savoury with a hint of smokiness. Other delicious offering includes Atlantic Salmon with white miso glaze ($15), Tiger Prawn with Kicap Manis Sambal Glaze ($15) and Shishito Peppers with Yuzu Sea Salt ($10).












Mains


Rounding up the menu is Nasi Goreng Istimewa ($22), a traditional dish with a twist using Japanese Short Grain Rice, Harry’s Signature Wings, Fried Egg, South Asian Pickle, Sambal, Crispy Shallots and choice of 2 satay sticks with peanut sauce.












Small Plate


Don’t hesitate to order the Grilled Pita Flatbread with Pulled Baby Back Ribs ($14) or go easy with Tatami Iwashi with Japanese Yuzu Mayonnaise ($15).















Desserts


Infused with a local touch, diners can end their meal by digging into our Deep-fried Kueh Salat ($11) that is served to impress! Featuring the ubiquitous pandan flavour, the familiar flavours of fragrant pandan with coconut ice cream comes together to form the perfect treat.









LOCAL FUSION DRINKS AS TIPPLES CHOICES


The Satay Club by Harry’s has incorporated well-loved local flavours throughout the menu. Bandung Cino ($17) presents a concoction of Gin, Cherry Liqueur, Rose Syrup, Soda while Chendol Gao ($17) elevates the cocktail experience by exploring Singapore’s palate with fun twists. The drink is a take on the iced dessert, blending Gin, Pandan Syrup, Coconut Cream, Coconut Water, Gula Melaka Syrup and Chendol Jelly.
